Declaration for the practice of EZ-rider – Please read carefully!

• To participate the activity, one must be at the age of 16 and over – conditioned in showing Identity Card. 
• I accept that in case of false identification I will be fined and will not be covered in terms of insurance. In this case, all liability applies to me. 
• The activity in the field with the raiders is according to the instructions of the guide only. 

• The guide has the authority to stop the activity for any of the participants according to his discretion. A participant whose activity has been discontinued will not have any refund.  
• During the activity, all traffic laws apply while driving. 
• The briefing and guidance before driving are mandatory in order to participate. In this signature I declare that I am proficient in driving the raider before going to the activity. 
• Do not approach and / or touch the raiders without and instruction from the guide. 
• Wearing a helmet is mandatory – before boarding the raider and during the activity. 

• The ride is following the guide and according to his instructions only.  
• Bypassing and open spaces between raiders during the activity is forbidden. Any changes in the raiders order are strictly forbidden and will result in a severe reaction from the guide 
• Descending from the activity route and marked tail is forbidden. 
• It is mandatory to keep a least 3 meters between each raider during the ride. 
• It is mandatory to hold the handlebars with both hands during the ride. 

• Using phone during the activity is strictly forbidden. 
• The track must be kept clean – throwing waste during the activity is forbidden. 
• While driving the raider, full responsibility applies on the participant only. 
• "EZ Raider Travel Tours and Productions" management reserves the right to act against a participant who violates the instructions of the guide.   
• The activity is prohibited for: Heart patients, pregnant women, and people with an illness that may cause lack of judgment and driving ability. In this signature I declare that I do not know of any limitations in the nervous system, bones, vision, or hearing. I declare that currently my health condition is suitable for driving.  

• I declare that I do not consume alcohol beyond the amount permitted by the law.  

1. Do not descend the raider while in motion.2. I undertake to comply with the terms of the license and / or the insurance that apply to driving and / or driving an EZraider SUV3. I am aware that the EZraider has only bodily injury insurance, and in the event of any injury or damage I undertake to pay for the damage caused including a third party and the cost of the repair.4. I approve to publish photos of me during the activity.
